Terms and Conditions

I reserve the rights to reject any commission request.

Payment

  • I only accept PayPal or Stripe payments in GBP.

  • To reserve a start date for your commission, both digital and traditional, a 50% upfront non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining 50% to be paid before shipping.

  • Shipping costs for all physical items will be calculated individually and will be added to your invoice total.

  • You have 60 days from the day I complete your commission to pay the remaining amount. Failure to pay within 60 days will result in the commission being terminated.

  • I will issue no reimbursements unless I am unable to complete your commission or you fail to pay the remaining amount after 60 days of receiving your second payment invoice.

Traditional commission process

  • Once you've secured your spot on my waitlist, you can rest assured that I'll keep you informed of your place in line. In the meantime, feel free to send me more photos of your furry friends and we can pick the best one which captures their unique personality and beauty.

  • The painting process typically takes between 2 and 7 days, depending on the size of the canvas. After that, the painting will require time to dry which can take between 7 and 14 days before it'll be ready to be shipped.

  • I will keep you updated with the process of your painting by sending you work in progress photos.

  • If you ordered a frame, this will be mounted when the painting is dry.

  • When I've finished your painting, I will send you a final image for your approval before requesting the remaining funds.

  • All items will be sent with Royal Mail or DPD tracked.

  • If your painting gets damaged or lost, I will re-paint a replacement for you after investigating with the postal service.

Digital commission process

  • Once you've secured your spot on my waitlist, I'll keep you informed of your place in line.

  • Please provide a detailed description of your desired painting, including specific colors, themes, or styles you prefer.

  • Based on this information, I will create a sketch or mockup of the painting for you to review and approve.

  • Once you have approved the sketch, I will begin working on the final painting, providing regular updates and opportunities for you to provide feedback.

  • This painting process typically takes between 1 and 5 days, depending on the detail and complexity of the painting.

  • Once the painting is complete, and you're happy with the watermarked preview, I will require the remaining funds before I deliver the final digital file to you Via JPEG or PNG format via email, Google Drive or Dropbox depending on the file size.

  • You are welcome to post the commission online; credit would be greatly appreciated.

  • I'll put your commission on my website and potentially on Instagram, and you can choose to be tagged if you like.
